Senior Growth Manager, Paid Search
The Opportunity:
The Senior Growth Manager (Paid Search) role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize our paid search strategies, directly influencing Caraway's growth trajectory. In this position, you'll take ownership of key search and shopping accounts, while driving performance improvements and expanding our digital presence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, product feed management, and revenue growth across paid search and DemandGen, while continuously testing, learning, and optimizing. Your insights will be critical in shaping strategic decisions that contribute to our long-term revenue goals.

This role reports to our Paid Media Lead.
Responsibilities
Own & Scale Paid Media
- Own end-to-end strategy, execution and optimization of paid search channels (Google, YouTube, etc), ensuring seamless execution from start to finish, with a focus on driving performance and achieving growth targets
- Manage media buying, bidding strategies, budget allocation and pacing to hit ROAS, CPA and revenue goals
- Oversee all aspects of campaign and ad trafficking, including quality control, launch, reporting, and comprehensive analysis
- Operate as the in-house resource for paid search execution; manage campaign set-up, tracking, A/B tests, and reporting
- Own the management of product feeds for both paid search and social needs, ensuring high-quality imagery and best practices for titles/images
- Ensure the proper functioning and accuracy of the pixel for precise data tracking and analysis
Drive Growth Through Testing
- Thorough understanding of campaign data, going beyond surface-level analysis to uncover specific insights, trends, and new opportunities for optimization and to drive more strategic decisions and improvements
- Spearhead the testing of new strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with the growth team to plan and execute Haus tests
Measure What Matters
- Develop and implement advanced reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
- Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze key performance drivers, optimizing channel ROI and overall campaign effectiveness
- Own daily monitoring of performance, pacing, and budgets to deliver iROAS, CAC, and new customer goals
- Regularly report on paid search performance to key collaborators; translate complex data into actionable insights for future campaigns
Collaborate Across Teams
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Creative, Brand, and Retention to optimize campaign performance through targeting, creative direction, and optimization strategies (specifically when it comes to DemandGen)
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Performance Creative to oversee and launch high-impact paid social creatives on DemandGen
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in paid search and/or paid social or ecommerce or DTC brands
- Proven track record of scaling paid media profitability
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Google Shopping/Merchant Center, and YouTube
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Experience working with larger budgets and complex account structures
- Comfortable operating in a test-and-learn approach in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with data tools like Omni, Looker, GA4, Northbeam or similar
- Strong understanding of product feed management and shopping campaign optimization
- Experience with Amazon is a plus
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - 135,000. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
